About the Course
The B2 First and B2 First for Schools qualifications test all four English skills – reading, writing, listening, and speaking – and show that you have the language skills to live, work, or study independently in an English-speaking environment. Both B2 First exams test the same skills, but the Schools version has content that’s more engaging for school-age students (11-16).
In your B2 First course, you will learn to:
express opinions and explain the pros and cons of different points of view, in both speaking and writing
write clear essays, letters, reports and other types of texts
listen and follow talks, news and media in English
speak confidently face-to-face, share your ideas and present your arguments in discussions.
In your course, you will also:
improve your skills in listening, reading, writing and speaking
learn useful grammar, vocabulary and collocations
get to know the test and practise all question types
learn strategies and tips to help you do your best on test day.
